I believe anyone can benefit from therapy. Many of us go through life with the belief that talking about ourselves or our problems makes us burdensome, which invalidates our experiences and creates resentment. Having a sounding board to bounce ideas off of can help refine those thoughts, and aid us in having a better understanding of the world around us.
I work with individuals, of all genders, ages 15+. Currently in-network with Aetna, Optum, and United insurance plans.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is an empirically based psychological intervention that focuses on mindfulness and acceptance with the goal of achieving freedom from unhelpful thoughts.

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) is based in the belief that two different ideas can both be true and valid, using distress tolerance and emotional regulation to help the individual gain control of their lives.

I offer one on one private sessions via confidential videoconferencing software. Currently in-network with Aetna, Optum, and United insurance plans.
Supervision & Training
With over 15 years of experience in the field, I offer weekly or monthly, group or individual supervision towards licensure or CEDS.
