I provide confidential telehealth service via HIIPA compliant video conferencing software. This allows for individuals to have convenient accessible care from any private location. No need to commute, you can attend from the comfort of your own home. It also widens the net for finding a good fit for you in a therapist.

Yes, I am currently in-network with most Aetna, Optum, and United plans. If I am not in-network with your insurance provider “Super-Bill” may be an option. This is where I would provide you with monthly invoices to be submitted to your insurance for reimbursement based on your policy. If you are interested in pursuing a Super-Bill, I recommend connecting with your insurance in advance to see if this is an option for you.

My starting rate is $185 per 50 minute session for clients in Colorado and California.

Therapy is administered in 50 minute sessions and typically takes place weekly to start. Usually after the first 12-15 sessions initial goals are achieved. At this point we might titrate down to a biweekly or monthly schedule.

I ask for at least 24 hour notice for any appointment cancellations. I will do my best to reschedule you within the same week. If I can not, I will charge the full cost of the appointment. Please note: Cancellation fees can not be covered by insurance.
